Frieze Sculpture Park
Michael Craig-Martin, Frieze.
Frieze’s Sculpture Park has been selected by Claire Lilley, director of programme at Yorkshire Sculpture Park and includes work from both Frieze London and Frieze Masters. This year there’s a focus on mixing contemporary pieces alongside historical ones, with artists like KAWS showing alongside the likes of Caroline Achaintre, Reza Aramesh, Gabriele De Santis, George Condo and Yayoi Kusama, amongst many others.
Taking place at the same time as the Frieze Art Fair between October 15-18, it’s based in Regents Park, so our Marylebone neighbourhood guide for the area should be useful if, like most people, you don’t wish to leave the area after viewing the art. On top of being an outdoor spectacle, it’s also free to attend, which is a lovely added bonus.
