Health kick: 3 juices designed to make you feel great


As part of the Whistles x Move Your Frame activewear collaboration - we visited the Frame studios juice bar to get health tips and recipes for 3 delicious juices to try at home.

the alkaliser

1 cucumber
2 celery sticks
handful of spinach
half lemon
half lime
1 stalk of Parsley with leaves on
1 thumb of ginger

Juice the cucumber, celery and ginger.
Squeeze lemon and lime and pour into blender.
Add spinach and parsley.
Blend for 1 minute, add ice to cup.
Pour juice and serve.

Source of calcium and magnesium, detoxifies the liver, and great for skin.

the ginger one

3 apples
3 carrots
2 thumbs of ginger
pinch of ground turmeric

Juice apples, carrots and ginger.
Add a pinch of turmeric and stir through.
Add ice to cup.
Pour juice and serve.

Source of vitamin K, potassium and magnesium.
Good for skin, hair and nails, and a healthy immune system.

the framer

almond milk
1 banana
1 tspn almond butter
half tspn cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla vegan protein
half tspn maca

Pour all ingredients into the blender.
Blend for 2 mins or until smooth.
Add ice to cup, pour and serve.

Promotes muscle repair, regulates blood sugar levels.
Provides protein and is a Frame signature smoothie.
