Raise a glass to Bobby on his birthday with Mac & Wild’s take on the classic Bobby Burns cocktail.
60ml Talisker 10 yo
30ml Oscar 697 Rosso
7.5ml Lejay Lagoute Noir de Bourgogne Cassis
SERVE: In a Coupette
METHOD: Stir all liquids over ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled coupette.
GARNISH: Snap a lemon twist over the top, then discard
SERVE: With Bobby's dunkin' biscuit of choice - Shortbread
