I didn’t get very far with the dress as there was a rip on the seam at the front...hazarding a guess at poor quality which is really disappointing given price

LOVE THIS DRESS. Bought for a Spring wedding. It was so comfortable. Plan to wear it more casually too.
Kept the larger size, so I did like it. However, the other two dresses in the order were a smaller size and both fit.
Why do your sizes vary? As you have closed a lot of your shops, including Chester, how can customers try anything before buying. Plus, you don’t offer an exchange! Very odd!!!
