Renowned for its versatility – as well as being strong and durable, yet soft on the skin – Lyocell is a perfect fit for our effortless designs.

As a man-made cellulosic fibre, Lyocell originates from trees and is produced via a number of processes that extract the fibre from wood pulp. Similarly to Viscose, generic Lyocell is linked to deforestation, which significantly impacts biodiversity.

To reduce the impact of generic Lyocell, we have started to replace this material with LENZING™ TENCEL™. Sourced from certified and controlled wood sources, TENCEL™ uses environmentally responsible closed loop production processes with high resource efficiency and low environmental impact. The closed loop production process recycles water and reuses the solvent at a recovery rate of more than 99%.

It also has antibacterial properties and efficiently absorbs moisture, making it an easy fabric to care for – adding to the appeal.
