International Returns

• International customers can enjoy quick and easy returns with end-to-end tracking though our partner Global E.
• Please note that return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Charges vary depending on your region/country and the chosen return method. Returns are not free.

• For returned items, it can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method. It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method.
• For a refund items must be unused, returned in the original packaging (where possible) and in a re-sellable condition. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange face masks or earrings for pierced ears.

• Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered. Notification of the cancellation must be received in writing within 14 working days, starting from the day after the goods are received. We will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and, in addition to this, any paid delivery charge. Please note that the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery (as permitted by law).
