I’ve rated so poor because of the way I have received my item. I’ve ordered my item in store along with buying other stuff; due to the restrictions, couldn’t collected from there therefore called customer service to redirect and have home delivery; they were not able to fix it so I was receiving frequent messages saying the delivery has OBVIOUSLY failed. Had to cancel and redo online my order and again issues from Hermes saying they delivered the parcel which never happened. I have finally received the item after many phone calls and big headache. Your customer service was not helping whatsoever . I’m so angry off this service as I don’t even want my item anymore and most probably will do a return!

stylish and a good fit. Please note that the delivery company, Hermes, was not satisfactory. We were at home but they didn't ring the bell and simply threw the package on the doorstep. We discovered it by chance when leaving the house several hours later. I've had this experience with Hermes before.
