PRE-SPRING 2026

The new year brings with it a powerful sense of optimism for the months ahead — a feeling that permeates every aspect of life, the way we dress included. This calls for a wardrobe imbued with ease and longevity, enabling us to seamlessly transition between different seasons and settings.

With Whistles’ Pre-Spring 2026 Collection, our Design Team has brought this to the forefront, creating a collection of enduring styles through the lens of pragmatic ease. There’s an emphasis placed on practical, everyday garments, beautifully elevated with a refined approach to proportions, silhouette and fabric. The colour palette holds a mirror up to this, where greens, neutrals, brown and blue tones come together effortlessly.

Leaning in on this notion of pragmatic ease, there’s a strong focus on what forms the building blocks of the modern woman’s wardrobe, all quietly enriched through the finer details. Think relaxed takes on tailoring cut from hopsack fabrics, casual jackets detailed with contrasting collars and quilted liner jackets, reimagined this season in reversible colourways, for the ultimate versatility.

There’s a renewed focus on delivering the perfect denim wardrobe; mid-wash blues sit alongside indigo denim, heightened with subtle pin striping, modern cuts and a heavier tencel twill for drapier, effortless styling.

There’s a subtle nod to sportswear throughout the collection, though the approach is pared back and always modern. Contrast tippings, piping and sporting details are worked into contemporary silhouettes, funnel neck jackets are cut from double-face wool and sporty colour pairings create modern takes on the everyday.
