Only 4 stars as this dress was not a good fit for me. I ordered 2 sizes and neither worked but might have with alterations. Dress also too long ( I’m 5’ 4 “ ) so would have required shortening in addition to other alterations. Sadly I had to return these beautiful dresses.

Very nice dress but the sizing is way out on this dress. Other reviews on same item say the same - Normally a size 10 way too small around the bust area!

this is a beautiful dress, pure silk, and very well fitted. In fact it was probably the most perfect fitting of any off-the-shelf dress I have bought. There is little lee way in the fit, so if you are between sizes or your bust or waist measurements are bigger than that specified in the sizing chart for your normal size, then go for the size above, since the fitted part is all around the middle/top half of the body. I found the cuffs on the sleeves are also quite tight (and I have skinny upper arms !) but you could always re-sew the button fastening if it came to that. Another downside is that they have used polyester for the lining, shame not something natural.
