Faux Fur Coat

Feels lovely, good quality and looks amazing on! I ordered my regular size but still quite big, however the over sized look is all the rave and it does look good on. I bought this in the sale which is even better.

I haven’t worn it yet because we’re having a heatwave! But it’s so lovely and snuggly I’m actually looking forward to winter! It does come up very big but no xs were available but I kept it anyway because I love it M

Just want you need for the winter

Too heavy. Too big even XS. Good quality but the fur was malting, made me feel allergic. Neck collar too big. Buttons ok if you want to look casual. But think it could have had smaller hidden buttons or hook buttons to look more classy. But it’s a nice coat.

Appalling service. The order was cancelled by them with no explanation, and a refund was made in the same day 8 days after I made the order! I was then advised to buy the coat again at full price (having bought it in the sale for 25% less) and WAIT for a refund! I refused as given their performance to date my expectations of a refund were somewhat low. I have contacted them via chat (no progress as the poor chap couldn’t get anyone senior to help him) and email. The advice once again was to repurchase the cost at full price with no mention of a refund! Despite the fact I added my purchase details to my enquiry. Next stop the phone I suppose. But why should I repurchase at a higher price when they’ve obviously made the error, and where is their apology? If they sort it out I’ll repost to this but I’m not holding my breathe. By the way prior to all this I actually contacted them to ask why the promised 3-5 days delivery wasn’t working, so they had it on record that I was waiting for the coat. They even sent me an email apologising for the delay the day before the inexplicable cancellation. I can’t complete the boxes below as I have no idea about fit etc so I’ll just pick the middle one...
