Fabric was nice, felt well made and comparable to pricier coats I've tried. Unfortunately for a petite size, this is quite long, and even the smallest size had quite big shoulders. Also, the pockets were sewn shut. Not clear if the pockets are usable or just for show. Definitely a no if a winter coat doesn't have usable pockets.
