Lovely boots. Good quality & design. Exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately I had to return as they were too long. I am 5’4” and they ‘buckled’ on my lower leg, which made wearing impossible. Returns process was difficult as I live o/seas.

The boots themselves were unmarked, in excellent condition. However one was wrapped in tissue paoer, the other not. The tissue paoer was scrunched inside the top of the boot. This has raised doubts in my mind as to if they had been tried and sent back. I think for £200 I should get a brand new, untried pair. The toe of the unwrapped one was padded in with paper but not as tightly, the zip was also done up so I've tried to lay my fears aside. The next problem was that there is dye transfer. Fingers black every time I touch. I've tried to overcome this by spraying with scotchgard but have not yet tried again to see if successful. They are great boots but I can't recommend because of this and the above issue had taken the edge of what should be a nice purchasing experience.

I liked the boots but the sizing was very very off. I always wear 38 and this was at least one full size big. So I had to returned it, I’ll try to get 37 if it becomes available and then decided if I really want it. But it looked nice :)

The boots fit well ( I am a wide uk 6.5 in one foot and ordered size 7), are comfy, and look good even though I am 5’ 4 (and one important quarter of an inch) - some wrinkling around ankle as a result (I am happy with this) and could take a longer leg easily. However, handling them made my hands dirty - plainly some dye transfer taking place, even though my hands are not particularly sweaty. This has occurred each time I have put them on, but washes off easily. Hope it will stop eventually. Never had this issue with other stretch boots, hence rating reduced, but will keep them as they are good on every other front.

Absolutely loved these boots. Beautifully made and look stunning. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t zip up the ankle zip. Unfortunately I had to return them. No fault of the boots just that I have thick ankles. The whole return process was easy and efficient. I do not hesitate to recommend these boots, they are gorgeous.

I adore these boots. They look like the type of boot I could wear all Winter long. However, they were very narrow on the foot, which meant that despite my best efforts, my foot wouldn’t slide in. I’m so sad. I had to send them back.
