We asked Team Whistles what they love about their role and what being part of Whistles means to them.

What made you want to work for Whistles?
 
At first I was drawn to Whistles because of the effortless contemporary style of the brand. It’s inspiring brand to work for too, with a group of creative, supportive and hardworking people across the business.
 
What is your favourite thing about working for Whistles?
 
The fabulous team I have around me across the London stores and head office. Everyone is so supportive and I’ve made some friends for life.
 
How would you describe the culture at Whistles?
 
The culture is really relaxed and everyone is friendly. I’ve always felt comfortable putting forward ideas and even as a young person within the business, I’ve been trusted with a great range of responsibilities.
 
What’s the best thing about your role?
 
As a senior sales consultant and personal shopper, the most rewarding thing about my role is the extensive skill set I have developed which will help me in my future career. I always feel supported in terms of progression at Whistles.
 
What’s your favourite Whistles product?
 
Hands down my Bibi crossbody bag in black. I literally wear it every day – it works for day and night and goes with everything.

What made you want to work for Whistles?
 
I loved the creative approach of Whistles and felt like it was a good fit for my own design style, so I knew it was a brand I wanted to be a part of.
 
What is your favourite thing about working for Whistles?
 
The atmosphere and the people. It’s friendly and relaxed in the office and there’s always the opportunity for collaboration between teams.
 
How would you describe the culture at Whistles?
 
Everyone is really approachable. It feels like there’s always room for everyone to have a voice and get involved so it’s a great working environment.
 
What’s the best thing about your role?
 
Working on a small graphics team means there’s a lot of creative freedom. There are so many opportunities to introduce new ideas and graphic treatments, so the work is always adapting and evolving.
 
What’s your favourite Whistles product and why?
 
Definitely the Amber lace up boots, because they require minimal effort and they go with everything.

What made you want to work for Whistles?
 
I’ve always been a big fan of the brand and I’d heard great things about the working culture, so when the opportunity came up, I had to apply.
 
What is your favourite thing about working for Whistles? 
 
Really great – everyone is so friendly and approachable which makes getting things done easier and enjoyable. Also, I really love that the staff are always put first and Whistles constantly try to improve the working experience – from introducing flexible working hours to holding wellness events. It makes the culture so much more positive.
 
What’s the best thing about your role?
 
I love that digital is growing and the business is really investing in this area. It’s also great that the digital experience isn’t solely online but can help support the wider business and their needs.
 
What’s your favourite Whistles product and why?
 
Knitwear because styles are modern and look great, but the quality is also amazing. They are knitted pieces that I know will last.
