Planet The environmental footprint of the fashion industry is significant and we take our responsibility to reduce our impact seriously. We are committed to working towards a low impact future by addressing energy efficiencies, waste reduction, increasing recycling and reducing our use of water and virgin single use-plastic. We are also addressing the responsible management of chemicals. From using more responsible materials in our fabrics and lower impact manufacturing techniques to craft our products, to evolving our packaging and encouraging a more responsible lifestyle – we are always looking at how we can do things better. PACKAGING In order to have less impact on the planet we are continuously working to develop new solutions and ensure all packaging can be easily recycled. At the moment, our store bags and boxes are FSC certified, from controlled and responsibly managed wood sources. As we manufacture our products around the world, it’s important that they are protected and delivered to us in the best possible condition. Although we are committed to reducing the amount of single-use plastic in our packaging, plastic polybags are the only viable option open to us at the moment; however they contain a minimum of 50% recycled materials and are fully recyclable. Our e-commerce bags are also made with a minimum of 30% recycled materials. SHIPPING Approximately 98% of our products are shipped from our supplier partners by either sea or truck, two of the lowest impact delivery methods. Air freight is only used in exceptional circumstances. POLYBAGS We are committed to reducing the amount of single use plastic in our packaging. To encourage a more circular economy, we have began transitioning our polybags to contain a minimum of 50% recycled material and be fully recyclable. CARDBOARD BOXES We are working with our supplier partners to ensure all cardboard boxes used to ship goods in are FSC certified, use an appropriate level of ply and contain recycled material. Current boxes are fully recyclable.
