I was told by customer service representative that I will get shipping cost returned back to my account as there was a mistake on the website stating free shipping on orders over 100€. I haven't received anything back though. It is very disappointing. Even though I like the dress I wouldn't recommend buying from Whistles as I feel like I was lied to :(
