Authentic Barrel Leg Jean

Ran a tad smaller than i thought and am used to from other brands but still fit.

I bought these jeans after my other identical pair lasting a long time. Sadly the quality has really worsened; a stud fell off the first time I wore them, and after two months the zip broke. There were also loose threads and the material is much thinner this time.

See above. Very comfortable and useful. A good length which is helpful and very rare. Usually trousers are way too long.

Didn’t work for me I’m afraid.

Classic whistles barrel shape in soft denim

These are great, ONCE you get the right size. I tried four different pairs, two pairs that were the exact same size, but they were definitely not the same size. The size variation was a complete hit and miss. But if you persist (or lucky), they are a great pair of jeans. The denim is thinner, so good for cooler months.

I bought a pair of these in the first lockdown and they were a revelation - I absolutely love them and so many people ask me where I got them! My endeavour to get a second pair made me aware how lucky I was that first time to find the right size straight away. Ordering the same size again was not the way to go and it’s taken three attempts to find a pair that fit - though not as good as my first pair. The quality of the jeans is very good. I bought the stretch ones first and the navy non-stretch this time. They are different sizes (30 & 32) but fit the same on the waist. The navy ones are fuller in the leg though.

So comfortable and elegant. I won't be wearing skinnies any time soon!

Love these. Perfect fit for me - would say they are a medium to large ish size 10 - flattering and comfy.

This was a 27 and fitted. The other 27 I ordered was at least two sizes smaller….

Great pair of jeans. Love the fit and at 5ft, 3” the length works perfectly.

Inaccurate sizing of jeans

I'm loving them. The style and how they fit.

I ordered these is a size 28 (size 10 to those wondering). The fit was tight around the waist. Good length for wearing cropped although I wasn’t so keen on the slightly washed/worn look.

Nice jeans but not the same cut as mid blue, weirdly.

One of the side seams is too far forward.

They stretch after wearing once, to the point that you need a smaller size. If you are not told of this when you buy them then they won’t fit after wearing only one time.

The jeans weren't a right fit for my body shape so had to return in the end. The stitching around the buttonholes seemed a bit poor for the level of quality I was expecting, so not sure what to make of this.

Really lovely fit, I was between sizes but both looked nice.

As someone who lives in skinny jeans this is a bit of a departure, but the style is nice, the fit is perfect (I ordered 28 and I am a UK size 10) and I am looking forward to wearing them.

a little too much material in the crotch but otherwise cute shape and really nice denim.

sizing is very small, i ordered a 34 which should be a 16, I order previous items that are 16 and they fit, the leg area is great, it is just way toooooooo small around the waist

These jeans are flattering, comfortable and give off the perfect smart casual vibe. I have bought jeans from Whistles before and they have always been constant in sizing. I'm a 28W and a size 10 and they fit so nice in all the right places. My go to for jeans.

They look and feel wonderful!

Love these jeans. Such a flattering cut. But the sizing is very inconsistent. In some colours the 24 fits perfectly whereas in others it’s really tight so it can be trial and error to get the right size.

Too baggy for me, maybe for a younger person....

I can't give them excellent as they were too big for me but they are fab jeans. The denim was superb and the shape is great just a size too big. I will order in a 24.

Great fitting jeans. Good colour. No distressed patches as another reviewer had reported. They do come up large. I ordered the 24 and they are a comfortable fit - I normally wear a 25/26.

Honestly the fit of those jeans is amazing! I've tried so many jeans that are looser fit and they were just not it.. these ones fit perfectly around the waist and makes your shape look great! Got two colours already, thinking about the third one!

Lovely blue denim that feels good quality. Mist important for me is the fit. Love the higher waist and straight edge of the authentic barrel. Can dress up or down.

These are the best jeans I’ve found in years. Now have 2 pairs, which are on heavy rotation!

I didn’t get the colour I ordered so can’t give full stars on this but the jeans are a great fit and the high waist is really comfortable.

Great, good quality denim. The high waist and the leg shape were perfect for my pear shape. I think the jeans would be improved by a bit of stretch in the fabric: we have become so used to this now it was a bit of a shock to not have any at all. On me (5ft7ins) the leg length was too short above the ankle and didn’t look right so that was the only reason they were returned.

Ordered mid blue denim and was sent faded blue with distressed patches which were not apparent in the photo or description. Disappointed.

This is my second pair because I love this fit/style - so flattering! Ordered a couple of sizes as my last pair were made of a stretchy denim and I wondered if I’d need to size up. Kept the best fit and sent the other pair back. Very quick and easy return. I will be buying these jeans in every colour!

Unfortunately these were an odd fit on my. The size 29 was too tight across my hips and thighs but the size 30 too big on the waist. But I like the colour and the quality

I really liked these jeans and the style was just what I was after but on me there seemed to be too much fabric around the fly area which looked okay-ish standing up but puffed up hugely when I sat down.

Really pleased with these. I was looking for a change from skinny jeans and have found these comfortable and stylish. They look great with boots, trainers or sandals. The denim colour is a lovely fresh, clean blue.

I love these jeans - great shape, easy to wear and a nice change from my usual skinnies. I'm 5'10" and the jeans finish about 1" above my ankles which I'm happy with. I will certainly be purchasing in the lighter denim too.

I love these jeans - they are a fantastic fit, very cool but really comfortable. I bought a pair in black cord for the winter months! The fabric is great quality, the jeans will last for years!

The jeans are such lovely quality - soft material, without lacking the shape jeans need to look good on. Love the shape, can't believe I've found my perfect jeans...finally!

Lovely style and nice soft denim. I sized down as I don't like anything too baggy. They were initially snug to put on, but now they fit beautifully.
