Code of Conduct

Our corporate responsibility strategy is developing and continuously being reviewed as our business grows. Our strategy represents on going work to integrate ethical trade, environmental sustainability and community enhancement into everything that we do.

Whistles has joined the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI) as foundation members In July 2015. The ETI is an organisation that is an alliance of companies, trade unions and NGOs that promotes respect for workers’ rights around the globe. In line with our membership, we have adopted the ETI base code of conduct which is founded on the conventions of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and is an internationally recognised code of labour practice.

Whistles has created our own code of conduct which is built on the foundation principles of the ETI base code.
