I always have a size 8 from your store. But this one is at least two sizes small and so very disappointing

Lovely colour and fabric but very fitted at the waist. Seems a smaller fit than usual Whistles size 10. Design of the sleeve didn’t suit me either so was returned

Issues with both delivered items. One dress labelled incorrectly, ordered a 12 but a 10 was delivered, the other items fasteners were also delivered damaged. Not the quality control I expect from an established brand. To top it off, I’ve made a complaint with the request for either replacement or a refund of the items. I’ve received no response from the customer services department to date. Needless to say I won’t be purchasing from the brand in the future.
