Lovely item but it has been worn and washed then returned by a previous customer. I am currently negotiating a discount with whistles. As an environmentally conscious person it feels unnecessary and wasteful to return item for an exchange, particularly as it cannot be resold. Originally offered 10% discount for what is essential a second hand item. Latest offer is 15%. I currently feel stuck between making a decision based on environmental values and keeping the item because it’s lovely or returning the item and getting an exchange to prove a point. Whistles overall service has been terrible and 15% is a bitter pill to swallow on such an expensive item.
